Football - UToledo Presidents Suite: Know Before You Go

Below you will find important information regarding your upcoming visit to the President’s Suite. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with this information and should you have any questions or need assistance, do not hesitate to give us a call.

DIGITAL TICKETS

Printed tickets will not be accepted.
Please follow the instructions below to secure and save your digital tickets.

In order to download the digital tickets to your phone, you will need an account with Toledo Rockets digital ticketing system. To create an account, click here.
MAKE SURE YOU USE THE SAME PHONE NUMBER THAT YOUR DIGITAL TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO VIA TEXT.
Your tickets will arrive digitally 5 days prior to the game via text message to your cell phone. You only have 48 hours to accept the tickets once you receive the text.
Tap the link within the text that says ‘Add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.’
Tap the button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App. Tickets will be saved on your phone for easy access.
- If you choose Apple Wallet, just tap the 'ADD' button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet. On the event day, your iPhone will notify you on your home screen with a quick access notification icon. Your tickets can be found in your wallet on your iPhone.
- For Google Pay, tap 'Save to Phone' and your pass will save to your Google account. You can access your ticket(s) in Goggle Pay App on your Android.
It is advised that you save your digital tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before you arrive at the game.

Access to Suite Level

You can access the suite from either the North or South elevator of the press tower. There are signs marking these entrances. Press tower tickets are no longer able to be scanned at any entry gate in the stadium.
You and your guests may enter the President’s Suite 90 minutes prior to game time and may remain 45 minutes after the game ends. If there is a change regarding access, you will be provided advance notice.
A check-in table will be directly outside the suite. A staff member will assist with checking in all suite guests and provide President’s Suite lanyards and ID badges upon entrance to the game.
