DIGITAL TICKETS
Printed tickets will not be accepted.
Please follow the instructions below to secure and save your digital tickets.
In order to download the digital tickets to your phone, you will need an account with Toledo Rockets digital ticketing system. To create an account, click here.
MAKE SURE YOU USE THE SAME PHONE NUMBER THAT YOUR DIGITAL TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO VIA TEXT.Your tickets will arrive digitally 5 days prior to the game via text message to your cell phone. You only have 48 hours to accept the tickets once you receive the text.
Tap the link within the text that says ‘Add tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.’
Tap the button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App. Tickets will be saved on your phone for easy access.
If you choose Apple Wallet, just tap the 'ADD' button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet. On the event day, your iPhone will notify you on your home screen with a quick access notification icon. Your tickets can be found in your wallet on your iPhone.
For Google Pay, tap 'Save to Phone' and your pass will save to your Google account. You can access your ticket(s) in Goggle Pay App on your Android.
It is advised that you save your digital tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before you arrive at the game.

Access to Suite Level
You may enter your suite through one of two entrances. The first entrance is through the Charles A. Sullivan Athletic Complex. Take the elevator (or stairways) to the 3rd floor, show your ticket or card to the attendant at the Lyden Family Concourse entrance and proceed to your suite. The second option is to enter at the Rocket Plaza entrance off parking Area 4. Show your ticket to the attendant and take the stairs or elevator to the suite level (3rd floor).
Your suite tickets will have a special barcode allowing you and your guests access to the Rocket Plaza (suites, loge area, club seating area and Joe Grogan Room). All individuals entering the Rocket Plaza must present the proper ticket. Children over the age of two must have a ticket.
For men’s & women’s basketball games, the Rocket Plaza & Grogan Room will be open 90 minutes prior to game time and you may remain 30 minutes after the game has ended. If there is a change regarding access, you will be provided advance notice.
CATERING
Enjoy a complimentary in-suite meal for you and your guests to enjoy! The meal will be ready when the suites open an hour and a half prior to tipoff.
